How to set access to view dashboard but not access to dashboard builder

Is there a way to give a user access to view existing dashboards created by others but not grant access to dashboard builder?

I know in dashboard properties, I can restrict another user from making changes to existing.

Due to how granular correctly reporting gift data can be there are some users we do not want to try to create their own dashboards as filters/settings would not always be correct.

Thank you Marie. I'd looked at security in db view but hadn't attempted to figure it out in web view.

You can set up an Analysis Role in Security that allows View only.
