Online Data Review rollout is insufficient

I'm frustrated. I need to review every RSVP that comes from the event registration form. I submitted a case on 4/17 and still do not have the online data review. Our active event registrations forms are automatically adding new primary addresses incorrectly, and creating duplicates without constituent codes, addressee, and salutation that are required fields. How does a newly created record save without the required fields? We use AddressAccelertor in database view and the registration form adds a new preferred address incorrectly. If a registrant enters a street suffix name instead of the suffix abbreviation, it adds that address as primary to their record. Is AddressAccelertor available to the unified view?

For the cost of RENXT, how can Blackbaud create a system that is not complete? Are the modules added tested? The event module and forms are straightforward, but the data added to our system is garbage.

There are several insufficiencies with the unified view. My director asked me to see if others were thinking about getting out of their contracts and if it is possible.

I was frustrated that Online Data Review for Events wasn't working for my clients only to realize after reading the "What's New" in more detail that it has been rolled out to SOME customers. It has not been rolled out to ALL customers. It was easy to miss - especially when everyone in BB Community and the FB Group got so excited about it!

Address Accelerator is not yet available for WebView. I'm tagging @David Springer to see if he has an update to share on this. (Knowing that he'll say to attend the Product Update Briefings in May!)

Across Raiser’s Edge NXT — including the online forms donors and registrants fill out — address entry currently relies on a geolocation/places autocomplete service (e.g., Bing Maps Autosuggest). This tool is designed for map searching, not for validating mailing addresses. Please read and vote on my idea to replace it with a true postal validation API so that we are not overwriting good data with bad or adding less accurate addresses as an additional address.

I recommend that you set your Online Data Review settings to Review and match all transactions in order to minimize the amount of bad data being added to your system.
