Keeping Congressional Districts Up-to-Date

We like to keep the US Congressional Districts updated on addresses for various advocacy campaigns but the process is hard to manage with all the redistricting. In the Data Tune-Up area of BB CRM, we are only allowed to have one Address Validation process (we receive an error message if we try to set up a second one saying it is not allowed). We have an Address Validation process that runs nightly on new/updated addresses to keep processing time manageable, so when we need to run address validation for reasons like updating congressional districts, we switch out the query behind our nightly address validation and run groups of addresses throughout the day and then switch the query back to our nightly address validation query. There has got to be a better way! Anybody out there use this data and have another way to go about these updates?
