Waning Support for BBFAM

Hi - I am not sure who to escalate this to but at this point we are desperate for an answer and are getting nowhere with Support. We submitted a request on 5/5 to have our FA application fees changed from Parent to School. Apparently, that toggle is no longer available to clients. I have now chatted several times since as this is majorly holding up our FA process and nobody on the Blackbaud side seems to have any sense of urgency with this. The organization is Young Women's Choral Projects. I am their Consultant a former Blackbaud employee of 13 years. This needs to be done asap. I need Support to support us.
