As promised, I tried out Chat for Blackbaud AI and had a disappointing experience. I then provided feedback to the chat prompts to help improve the tool.
An area where it was marginally helpful was on Campaign, Fund, and Appeal records. The summary AI provides the total actual amount whereas the Campaign, Fund, or Appeal record only provides rounded numbers which one can see by hovering over the graph bars. I do appreciate getting the actual number from the AI Chat.
