Hi Blackbaud Customers!

We’re looking to connect with Blackbaud customers who are involved in marketing, communications, or fundraising efforts to participate in an upcoming research study.

What’s this about?

Our team is exploring new ways to make it easier to plan and manage outreach efforts—like raising awareness, engaging supporters, and driving fundraising. We’d love your feedback on early concepts.

What to expect

  • A 1:1 remote session (30 minutes) scheduled between June 10 - June 16
  • You’ll be asked to walk through a prototype and complete a couple of tasks
  • We'll ask you for your feedback and thoughts
  • No preparation needed—just your honest feedback!

Who we’re looking for

We’re especially interested in hearing from people who:

  • Plan and execute on email marketing or fundraising outreach
  • Plan and execute on marketing campaigns
  • Work with audience selection or donor targeting

We will also send a $30 (USD) thank you gift to those who complete a session to be chosen from a variety of options.
