Transcripts not showing up

We have transcripts from previous years that are not showing up on the transcript. This is our first year using BB so we had to manually input the information. We set up the courses, set up the grading plans, and offered the courses, but we still get a transcript that says there is no data to display. We have used the chat for help, but 5 days later they have no solution for us. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I had that issue recently. In Core, you will need to set up the school years and terms for the years needed and select Publish for each.
