Email Stats/Trends

Hi All,

We would like to test putting those most engaged with our NXT email content on our appeal mailing lists. I can't figure out a way to pull data on who is opening or clicking our emails outside of looking at each individual email. Is anyone using a work around for this type of data?

Unfortunately we cannot query on email history. It's a real challenge. If someone has figured out a workaround, I'd love to know.

I have not found a good workaround - with this data not being available in query, in my opinion it's almost totally useless. There are a couple ideas in the idea bank about making it available in query (ideas 8541 and 3686) that you can vote for, but I'm not holding my breath that Blackbaud is going to make that change.
