Issues with Email Lists in Online Express (OLX)

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to reach out to see if anyone else is currently experiencing issues with Online Express (OLX). Specifically, I encountered problems when trying to add a query to an existing email list. It timed out yesterday on both my system and a colleagues. I created a new simpler query and it timed out again. Eventually it worked after I created the new query from the web view. I think it was more timing than that being the solution though.

Additionally, I am unable to deactivate old lists. Has anyone else faced similar challenges recently? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated! I only use OLX for actual appeals and we use RENXT emails for everything else. Thank you!

Oh my - the next to last day of the fiscal year. So if my DKIM was all set on June 23, 2026 - it should be when this is all set as well?

And thanks it didn't dawn on me that this might be a bigger issue - I would have looked at status page first. The email seems to have dropped and gifts are coming in. All seems well. Have a lovely day.
