Email Authentication Error Message Saturday

Good morning - did anyone else get an email indicating that their email authentication stopped working (specifically for the DKIM) on Saturday 6/27, when in fact it was all set and recently authenticated? I know of one other company that did - anyone else? I'm looking for a pattern or possible error on the part of Blackbaud that needs to be reported.

We also received this email and had recently updated our authentication.

Yes, this happened to us as well on Friday 6/26.

Since it's happening across a few customers, seems fair to assume it's the result of a change on BB's side.

Is there anything different about the DKIM record on your DNS from what BB is recommending?

Following up: Our email just re-authenticated, and as far as I can tell, our IT team didn't make any changes. Definitely seems like this was an error on BB's side of things.

This happened for one of the two client organizations that received the email over the weekend. I'll be curious to see if it resolves for both.

Ours has also resolved. Our IT department did notice a duplicate DNS record on our DNS and our hosted DKIM platform (EFD) and removed the duplicates. Not sure if that was our issue or not but we are working so fingers crossed this was the issue.
