403 Forbidden on all NXT Data Integration API endpoints despite valid token

Hi Community,

I am getting a 403 Forbidden response on all NXT Data Integration API
endpoints despite having a valid Bearer token and an active Standard
APIs subscription.

Environment Details:

• Application ID: de11588b-94b9-4c3d-9593-2e94e8194395
• Environment Name: SKY Developer Cohort Environment 1
• Current Subscription: Standard APIs (Standard Tier)

Example failing request:
GET https://api.sky.blackbaud.com/nxt-data-integration/v1/re/customfieldcategories

Response: 403 Forbidden (no error message in body)

What I have verified:
✔ Bearer token is valid (other standard API endpoints work fine)
✔ Subscription key is correct
✔ Application is registered in SKY Developer portal

Additional issue:
The NXT Data Integration documentation overview page at
https://developer.sky.blackbaud.com/docs/services/nxt-data-integration
is also not loading (ERR_FAILED), though the API reference page
opens fine.

Questions:

1. Does NXT Data Integration require a separate/premium subscription
   beyond Standard APIs?
2. Does it require a special subscription key different from the
   Standard APIs key?
3. Has anyone successfully used this API and how did you get access?

Have your RE NXT admin check to make sure you have this role assigned to you, if you are not Admin yourselves.
