Is there a way to reduce the size of the gift batch template so you can see all of the columns without having to scroll left to right?
Unfortunately not at this time. The width/size of the fields and having to scroll has been mentioned in the early adaptors sessions.
As @JoAnn Strommen noted , the size of the batch template itself can’t be adjusted. However, you can “dock” (freeze) a column—like Name—so it stays in place while you scroll. The motion is a little unintuitive: you grab the column you want, drag it slightly to the right, and then slide it back to the left until you see it lock into position.
