For any of you that use the OneCause Event platform, integrating the data to Raiser's Edge has always required some manner of download, transformation, and import with things like Importomatic or Importacular.
In June 2026 OneCause removed most billing data like addresses, suppressing it at the base level from all downloads, API, etc… They replaced the mandatory Billing Address field with the optional Supporter Address field (and many other fields the same.)
Has anyone come up with a solution for how to actually keep integrations going with these critical gaps in data?
The OneCause support team have been useless and uncaring. I have been trying to figure this out the last two months.
Any ideas or workarounds others have come up with would be most welcome.
