Export doesn't include primary addressee and salutation on all records

We are exporting a mailing list from the database view. We have columns for the name fields from Constituent Information, as well as columns for Addressee and Salutation, and columns for Additional Addressee and Salutation to get the Combined names for those who are married.

For some reason, the data in the export looks good for the 591 married constituents — all the data is there — but then for the 254 unmarried constituents, the cells in their primary Addressee and Salutation columns are blank in the export, although we can see those names in their RENXT screens. We can build names using the fields from Constituent Information. But why is the data from unmarried constituents' primary Addressee and Salutation not being exported? I will attach a screenshot from the export in RE. Thanks.

I have a feeling the criteria for your Addressee/Salutation is set FROM CONFIGURATION as opposed to FROM INDIVIDUAL and so it only pulling the format for married. Use FROM INDIVIDUAL and choose Primary Addressee and Primary Salutation for each of those.

Amazing! They were already set to "From Individual," but I changed them to "From Configuration" and ran the export, then went back in and changed them back to "From Individual." This time, the names all came out beautifully! I guess it wanted to be jiggled / reset. Thank you!
