Parent Being Marked Inactive

I have a question about marking inactive parents active again.

If they haven't signed in for over 13 months and they are marked inactive by Blackbaud, but not redacted, if I mark them active again, but they don't sign in, will they just be marked inactive again by Blackbaud, or will it reset the time frame that would happen?

Hi Candi,

According to the Knowledgebase:

Reactivation:

Manual Reactivation: Accounts locked due to inactivity must be manually reactivated by an administrator. Once reactivated, the user has 30 days to sign in before the account is disabled again due to inactivity.
