We recently released an update to the Cloud Portal - for customers hosted in Blackbaud Cloud Operations. Previously we had options for deploying CRM, BBIS and BBDW customizations, this has been replaced by a new "Customizations" menu.
We also added the ability to download your customizations deployed to your environments and copy customizations from one environment to another. This makes it easier when refreshing a non-production environment, from production data, to also move the customization files as well.
