🎤 I'm lucky enough to be doing a bbcon panel this year with @Topher Lovell (moderating), @Robin Kuehn, and @Elizabeth Johnson, called "The Human Side of Technology: Driving Adoption Through Culture Change."
Rolling out new technology is usually the easy part. Getting staff to actually use it, and feel confident doing so, is where most of us get stuck. We're digging into staff resistance, change fatigue, and the practical, people-first steps that help a rollout stick instead of stall.
This isn't a generic change management session. We're focused specifically on how culture, communication, and inclusion shape whether adoption actually happens, and the small things that make new tech feel less intimidating and more empowering for the people who have to live in it every day.
Before we finalize the discussion, we want to hear from you. What's the question you've never gotten a real answer to? Maybe it's how to handle the one team member who refuses to change.
