Since opening our 27-28 application three weeks ago, we have had multiple parents report various error messages such as "Unable to retrieve candidate data" when they attempt to start an application. The problem usually resolves if the parents log out and log back in later. However, we are worried this could be deterring potential candidates from applying.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas as to what could be causing this glitch?
