Common Records Engine/Total School Faculty and Alumni linking

Question

@Stephen Boyle or anyone else who might know…is there a timeline for when faculty and alumni are slated to be connected for linking?  And if so, will we have the ability to choose whether or not they are moved into the "unlinked records" group? or will they just appear there?

For Faculty/Employee records, we are working on that now. It will be delivered by end of year, but we will have a "mini-EAP" for it that would happen probably in November. We plan to give some control, using roles, over what records are listed in the Unlinked Employees list. So, you can include the Teacher role but exclude the Substitute teacher-clone role. Here is our current mock-up of the new settings dialog.

BTW - If you use separate codes for each type of faculty (instead of something generic like Faculty), they would get all the codes that apply. Also, the date option should say "Date of employment" not "enrollment".
