Action Summary query filters - Notes

Hello!

Is anyone familiar with how this data field works?

Constituent Query > Summary Information > Summary for Actions > Filters > Action Information > Notes

It seems to be able to successfully filter on blank/not blank, but can't filter on any words using the "begins with", "contains", "like" operators.

I had a call with BB support about it and asked if it was a bug. They said it was working as expected, but couldn't explain the why to me, and I'd love to have more insight.

Reopen the ticket (if not already closed by support) and ask them to "show you" how it supposed to work.

I also can't get it to work as it should  - surely it must be a bug?
