Lost Report Card Signatures (Using Text Block)

Question

For years, we've added two signatures to our report cards following the instructions outlined in KB Article 189482.  We've done this using the Text block on the report card.

I noticed today that those signatures are no longer rendering.  I've removed and tried to re-add signatures, but it just doesn't work.

I know BB is going to suggest using the Signature Line on the report card (this pulls from an image uploaded to Application Style Settings > Logos and Seals), but his functionality allow allows for a single signature, and we require dual signatures on report cards.

Does anyone have a solution that allows for two signatures to appear on the last page of an official report card?

Hi @Lauren Henderson  I did reach out to support. Their recommended solution isn't working.

* Open the signature image on your computer and copy it.
* Click inside the Text Area block so the cursor is active.
* Press Ctrl + V on your keyboard to paste the image.
* Save the template and verify whether the signature displays correctly.

When following these steps, I am able to paste in the signature images; however, they do not appear on the PDF of the report card. I can see everything find when on the Design Form section of the Report Card template, but it doesn't produce signatures on the final report card.

I cannot use the signature part (pulling from Logos and Seals) for one signature and the text area block for the other as they aren't aligned on the report card (and the signature image in the text block won't display on a PDF).

And I did put both signatures in an image so that I could add it to the text area (at 100% width) so that everything aligns, again, it won't display on output.

I've tried Chrome, Safari, and Firefox and none of them can produce a report with signature.

Hi Shirley,

I have some questions about your Report Card Signatures issue, (which may or may not be helpful in diagnosing/resolving your problem!)

Is it not rendering on-screen correctly?

Are you able to print the report card successfully?

Have you tried different browsers to see if the issue persists across all of them?

I would reach out to Support if you haven't already to make them aware/see if they have a solution to this issue.  Not knowing your template, would it be possible to use the Logos and Seals for one of the signatures, and the text box for the other?  Or create a file that contains both signatures?
