Optimized vs. Standard Online Giving Form

Question

Is Blackbaud doing away with it's Standard Online Giving form and requiring all users to use it's Optimized Online Giving form? I'm trying to embed the form into my website, but the optimized form doesn't allow for that. It just overlays the current page. I think there has been some confusion as my organization navigates the move from Database to Raiser's Edge NXT.

Kelly's right - there are 2 donation form types to choose from - Optimized, which is streamlined for the best donor experience, or Standard, which allows you to collect more data from your donor but comes at the cost of donor conversion rates.

We have no plans at this time to deprecate the Standard Form, and believe they both have a place in giving you choices to build the best donor experience on your website.

I think both standard and optimized are remaining. So depending on the look and features you need for your form, you can select one or the other.
