Hello BBCRM Community,
The University of Illinois Foundation is exploring third-party deceased finder tools to enhance our current CRM workflow. We currently use the built-in Deceased Finder in Blackbaud CRM and run it periodically. However, we're interested in API-connected solutions that can:
- Provide more comprehensive data on deceased records
- Reduce manual validation time
- Streamline the process of flagging and updating deceased constituent records
Has anyone in the community implemented or evaluated alternative deceased finder tools that integrate with Blackbaud CRM? We'd appreciate any recommendations or insights on tools that have improved your efficiency.
