When you have a student withdraw or graduate will the common record engine update that change in RE? For the student and the family members?
No. Or rather "Not yet".
We do plan to add this capability to the Total School sync. It is part of our follow-up work and should be ready in Q4.
Has the CRE reached general release status yet, or is it still in EAP?
The Total School sync, aka Common Records Engine, is fully released to GA for K-12 schools.
The release for Higher Ed schools is still upcoming and is targeted for first half of 2027.
