@Lisa Ford I am having issues (started yesterday 5/21) when entering an account number in the journal entry field, it auto populates with the very first account in my GL, regardless of what is typed. If I then click on “show matches” it will show the match to what I typed. Something must have been changed….I sure hope it gets changed back. This is one more step in slowing down our processes by making data entry more complicated ?

@Kristy Soular It would leave the number blank (I might have been just using the mouse to move to the next line). It took me WAY too long to enter my deposit. I am not noticing it today. The web view seems to be very glitchy….. So frustrating!
Printing AR Invoices & Credit Memos
Is there a way to print AR invoices in FENXT? In the database view we were able to open up the client ledger or search the invoice number and print it out directly. It doesn't seem like that same way is available in the web view. Is there a way to print from the invoice directly, or will it become available in the future?
I am able to print when I go through Receivables → Communications and print that way, but I would also like to be able to print the invoice when I have it open instead of having to navigate to another area
Experiencing Intermittent Functionality Issues with Financial Edge NXT
Hi there,
Is anyone else experience irregular glitches or slowness while using FE NXT? Our AP, Reports, and Treasury sections have been unusable for the past three days. Our IT team is working on the possible solutions and we have reached out to the Support Team regarding this issue. However, they claimed that it has not been a common issue for other clients. Thoughts anyone?

This is brutal, have you gotten any update on this. I have terminated my session even, thinking something was running in the back grounds. This is the slowest software ever.

When the green dot bounces in and out for over 10 minutes, something is def wrong.

I 100% agree with those hating the side menu. It was so much more convenient on the top and didn't take up needed screen space.
