Re: Tracking Google Analytics on NXT donation forms (Standard + Optimized)
@Leo Rezende
We're just starting to explore this as well. There's documentation on adding GA4 tracking to your online forms here. I'm fairly new to Google Analytics and found Blackbaud's documentation to be a bit lacking, but I created a data stream and added the ID to my settings in Raiser's Edge.
So far, I'm not seeing any data come through - I don't know if that's something that takes a little while to show up or not.
I'll post back here if I get it working. If you find the documentation helpful and get things set up for your org, I'd be interested to hear how you did it.
Re: Batch commit reports in NXT webview
@David Gumbel Unfortunately the Gift Batch Validation report in db view is hard format.
Fund is shown - top line column 5. Headers list all the info pieces - yes, a number we don't need either.
Re: Education Relationships "Type" Inquiry
@Denise Miller For us, Type is the NXT name for School Type in db.
I just added that field output to a query and the data we have in the type field displayed.
Sorry no solution for you.
Re: Best way for parents to digitally sign forms?
@Nathan Ong Hi Nathan. We use school forms built into Blackbaud for all of our reenrollment forms. You create the forms in either academics, or Core and once activated parents will get a banner letting them know they have forms to review. Each office (athletics, OSL, business office) is able to review their forms to make sure all are submitted prior to the start of school.

Happy to chat offline if you'd like additional information.
Best,
Cheryl
Re: Best way for parents to digitally sign forms?
@Nathan Ong We use the school forms in Blackbaud. For PDF's to be used, we save them as a picture to upload into the form and add text boxes with verbiage that the family has read the form and agree to it, or sign up for the program, etc.
Re: Adding logo to registration form
@Alexa McIndoe The workaround for now is to embed the form on your website and vote for this idea. We can add branding on the confirmation email and definitely something needed for event registration forms.
Re: Minimum Amount in Optimized Form
@Carrie Powell
Thank you for your message.
I believe the screenshot you shared refers to the Standard Form option. I’m specifically looking for the options available within Optimized Forms in RENXT Online Giving. As Blackbaud offers both Standard and Optimized forms, and we’re hoping to explore the latter—but still have a few outstanding questions.
I really appreciate your response and support—thank you again!
Sharing my Power Automate Flow: Weekly Lapsed Annual Fund Donor Digest with Mobile-Responsive Email

I can't emphize enough how helpful it was using Claude.ai to build this. I made sure that it explained everything it was building and it was a great way to learn while building something practical for my team. I'm happy to do my best answer questions about implementation or share additional customization ideas!
Re: Recurring Gifts - Employee Pledges
@Denise Miller The biggest thing I've seen is counting the pledge amounts in amount raised/expected for a fund/campaign. We have staff who want their name on a list of donors at a particular level and that is based on that multi-year pledge amount.
Recurring vs. pledge also will change gift stats like largest gift.
Matter of what works for your org. Great place to ask the question.
Re: Delete Constituent
@Nancy Bakke That sounds like a permissions issue at your organization. If you are the admin and have full rights then you might need to check in with support.
