I was able to look into this further. The NACHA file only exists in the U.S. environment of FENXT. The file format/specifications are different for the NACHA IAT file. The file in the Canadian environment only works for Canadians EFTs.

This is the first cleanup task we encounter whenever we are trying to train staff on using the Work Center. Because emails are not easily marked as complete - whether you are using the plug-in OR entering directly in webview - the number of overdue actions is very high. This causes a lot of frustration, confusion, and mistrust of the data EVEN AFTER cleaning it up.
Celebrate the fact that staff is using the plug-in and logging their emails. Don't make them start to question every move because they aren't sure if it is “enough” or “right”.

Outlook Widget
My MGOs are using the outlook plugin to record email actions, which is great. But we really need to add the completed date to the action, and the only thing that is on the plugin is action date. I'm trying to encourage them to plan their actions, but emails are by their nature both created and completed the same day. Can we get that as one of the fields when they're using the plugin?
Online Pledge Functionality Now Available for Standard Donation Forms in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT®
Exciting news for Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT users! After successfully completing two initial test waves, Online Pledge functionality—otherwise known as Pledge—is now generally available in Blackbaud's Standard Donation Forms in Raiser's Edge NXT webview.
Pledge lets you encourage donors to promise larger gifts by making the commitment directly on your donation form. Based on customer feedback, Blackbaud will automatically charge the payments on the schedule your donors select. You’ll also be able to set an end-date to ensure pledges are complete by the end of a year or when your Pledge campaign ends.

Introduction to Online Pledge Functionality in Raiser's Edge NXT
Pledges are commitments donors make to donate in the future with a single gift or through scheduled installment payments. For example, if a donor pledges $1,200 and plans to make 12 monthly payments of $100, in Raiser’s Edge NXT web view you can add the pledge, generate its installments, and track them as pledge payments.
To simplify processing pledges, donors can commit to a pledge amount and pay installments automatically with credit and debit cards.

Designed to leverage your site’s look and feel and display on a webpage, Blackbaud's Standard Donation Forms are perfect for your specifically targeted campaigns where additional data collection is preferred or required. They allow your organization to personalize colors, text, and ask-ladders for ultimate customization and form extension. And now you can customize them with pledges!

@Aurelie Busollo I think you can add the employees as individual constituent records and then attach them through the relationship tab in the organization's record. This will link them to the organization.

Hi,
This article describes how to change the MFA type:
For what it is worth, the authenticator app is installed on the user's smartphone, not on the museum's computer. I use the one developed by Microsoft and it can be used for multiple logins (I use it for Altru, Microsoft, Salesforce, etc).

@Samantha McGuin With smaller organizations and nonprofits being preferred methods for criminals and other bad actors to commit credit card fraud, best practices by many organizations is to have a minimum amount for credit card gifts, regardless of giving form type.
