US ACH Files (NACHA) with Canadian Bank

Wondering if any Canadian institutions have tried using the ACH file from FENXT using a Canadian Bank (U.S. Account).

We keep getting an error while trying to upload the file through the Canadian Bank:
Unable to parse the file, please verify the file format.

We are able to process Canadian payments through EFT, but when trying to process U.S. Account to U.S. Vendors, the file is not being accepted.

    @Kumail Meghani We only process Canadian payments. The issue may be with the bank being able to accept the file, not so much the ach file that NXT produces.

    I was able to look into this further. The NACHA file only exists in the U.S. environment of FENXT. The file format/specifications are different for the NACHA IAT file. The file in the Canadian environment only works for Canadians EFTs.
