- 1. Correct, this can only be done manually with merging files or if you use VLOOKUP you can put what you need into one spreadsheet manually. Unless someone else knows a trick I don't.
- 2. I'm not sure if it's in the Idea Bank. It should be an Idea, you can't get Spouse Rating easily in export now either.

I've pulled in attributes from Relationships. I mostly pull from the Primary Alumni Information attributes. It works great. For parents, I will pull in their child information and whatever attributes we want to see. You want to limit the relationship to your child relationship codes. I pull over up to 4 Child Relationships.
If you aren't seeing a certain attribute it may not be available for you to export. Are you sure it is a constituent attribute that is missing? (not a gift attribute) Did you create it in NXT, it may not appear yet in DB View. The Relationship export fields are very limited. I wish they had Prospect Information like Status or Rating, Assigned Solicitor, etc.
I have had to run another export for the child and then link them together in a Power BI report because the fields aren't available. Like Rating.

Eric - the text of your first message didn't appear until after I replied. I was going off the subject line only.
You're right that redacted.com is an odd choice, but there's probably not much we can do but deal with it for now and wait for it to break something.

We use color on our report cards as a visual indicator of where one course ends and another begins. Not sure if that would be helpful in your case or not.

Regarding "Easily add campaign, appeals and designation to donation form URLs", is this not the same thing as when you go to "Edit Form" > "1. Get started > and fill out the sections for Designation and Hidden Fields? I do not understand the difference if someone can help explain😅. Many, many thanks!

Constituent code for quick identification, membership module for more detailed board information such as terms with beginning and end dates, for executive board positions (president, vp, treasurer, etc.) you can use the Program, Category, and Subcategory fields. You can use membership attributes for interest and there is also a notes field.
Using the membership module allows me to report who were board members at any point in time.
