Going Live with OL Donation Forms, need DKIM setup process

We are planning to go live very soon with OL Donation Pages and BBMS. We made a sample, live payment in Production to flesh-out examples for how the Thank You Email and also the Receipt Email will present.

However, we never received any emails. Support says that they were sent. Conversations with our IT Department revealed that we need to have DKIM setup and established on our email server to 'trust' that emails from Blackbaud's server being 'sent-from' one of our (configured) domain email addresses will be allowed through.

What the pathway to getting DKIM setup on our email server for emails sent by Blackbaud? Thanks.
