We are no longer able to edit our existing appeal letters. The error message “Object reference not set to an instance of an object" appears. Unclear what that refers to or how to fix it. Has anyone else run into this?

We normally can search for an item by using the last four digits with an asterisk “ *1234 ” but now that we have so many SKUs and too many results come up . We cut the price sticker to have the last 4 digits on small items that cant have a full sticker. Is there any other things that can be searched using an asterisk?
