Has anyone used this function yet? How is the parent view? Do they automatically get to see the rest of the steps once the said step becomes completed?
We have been using BBTM for about 3 years and decided to add contracts through Enrollment Management this year. After working on this for about 3 months, we encountered several errors during the setup phase that we were not made aware of. If you are considering adding contracts after using BBTM, please learn from our…
Hi Blackbaud Community, We are just reviewing our enrollment contract for 2025-2026, and noticed that Blackbaud adds a default text describing in detail about the Terms and Conditions. How do you provide parents/students their payment receipts for cash and cheque transactions?

As an enrollment administrator, this is the time of year where I typically build enrollment contracts for the 25/26 school year. I am following my existing standard operating procedure, but find that when I…
I'd like to add a custom element to a dashboard that shows the number of completed contracts, total contracts offered, and number of applicants against a fixed number that represents capacity for each grade level. The idea is to show how we're tracking against our capacity goals. Does anyone know how to do this?
