I'm noticing that the performance is really slow. It takes 20 minutes to run an income statement and another 20 minutes to export to excel. I called tech support but they were no help. Anyone have a solution?

Is anyone receiving errors for state tax withholding, specifically where the recipient's Filing State is WI (Wisconsin)? When following the step by step process for filing 1099's we get to step 6 to generate and open Aatrix we log in and get an error that says “multiple recipient state lines are not allowed" and will not allow us to move forward. What do we need to do to correct this?
