AATRIX email to 1099 recipients

Hello! Last year when we used AATRIX to file our 1099's, the service included an email to each recipient, with instructions on how to login to the AATRIX portal. This year that did not happen and when I contacted AATRIX, they stated this process should be handled through FENXT. I can't find instructions on how to complete this process. Does anyone have instructions they could share?

    @Lori Boarts For those that do not know how to send electronic access emails, after the your file is paid for and transmitted your should see the options listed. I did not see these options but when I logged back in to AATRIX (payables>communications>1099 Forms) these options were available. Select Electronic Access For 1099-NEC's and follow the prompts.
