1099 Vendor Showing as $0

Has anyone else had the problem of 1099 Vendor showing as $0 payments to them? We made multiple payments to several vendors throughout the year but showing not showing up under the vendor screen or on the 1099 Activity report.

    @Angie Jones, it sounds like maybe the distribution wasn't set up for the invoices to recognize them as 1099 by default. It's a simple adjustment you can make with the total amount on the vendor record to get that to come up with the correct amounts. Here is a Knowledgebase article that discusses the varying causes, how to find them, and how to make the one-time adjustments.

  • @Nikki Baldwin After going through the Knowledgebase article. We have everything set up correctly but it is still not working. Our query had the information needed but our 1099 Activity Report did not match. We are now making 1099 Adjustments.

  • @Angie Jones - We have discovered that any payments made on 2023 invoice dates are not being captured in the 1099 amounts. So all of our early January payments are not being captured. We have had to manually adjust for this.
