How do I get the GL back in balance when a deposit was reconciled but had not been posted to the GL? If I adjust, an outstanding deposit shows up on the reconciliation, which is also not correct because it would be outstanding forever. And why in the world can an item be reconciled when it hasn't been posted to the GL?

Suddenly, when reconciling in FENXT, I am asked if I “want to unmatch and set all linked transactions to outstanding?”. I select NO, and the system completely freezes. Is there a plan to add more file formats in NXT? My problem with opening a CSV export file is some values in alphanumeric fields would automatically convert to numeric. I don't need my old friends dBase III or Lotus 1-2-3 (man, I feel old!), one of the XLS formats would suffice. Thanks.
I inadvertently posted a Do Not Post transaction in one of our accounts. The result is I can either have my Statement to Register out of balance OR my Cash Account out of balance. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
