Performance is slow

I'm noticing that the performance is really slow. It takes 20 minutes to run an income statement and another 20 minutes to export to excel. I called tech support but they were no help. Anyone have a solution?

    @Crystal Bruce this issue is ongoing for years now and no one is listening. All of us here have created multiple tickets, mine created well over 1.5 years ago. Why are we logging in and all receiving the rotating green dots. Why are our payments not working, our invoices not being able to be entered, our journal entries not uploading, bank feeds having issues. Who is looking into our issues?
