Is there any way to hide access to the “Send Communication to” drop down to normal members of a Community Group? I like to hope I'm just missing something, but I don't see a way of hiding it.

In the past couple days, we've had a number of students report they are unable to view their assignments, whether in the Assignment Center or via the Class. Instead, it's freezes on a green loading dot screen. Has anyone else heard mention of this issue?
Hello, We want to track infractions but not necessarily notify parents. It says it's a Pending Draft but if I save it it's says it will notify the parents. Is there a way to track Infractions and Consequences without notifying? We just want to track it internally, parents are notified anyway with email.
