A staff member was recently let go. I made them inactive, but not sure if that means they can still access on their phone or is all access cut off? Is it better to delete them? If I delete them, does it make all of their historical information like actions disappear or do those still stay?

I was curious if there was a simple way to send a year's worth of receipts to an individual through the digital receipting module in RENXT. Seems to me that there is no way to issue a “meta” receipt for the full year. Am I missing this?

I'm wondering if any users have issues with RE NXT properly displaying accented letters? Is there a browser setting that can fix this? The black diamonds also carry into Power BI and we have to replace them back with unaccented letters… e.g.
