Past Recurring gifts not showing up "automatically generate transactions"

We are processing our recurring gifts from OLX on the 15th of each month. Last month we had two gifts processed without issue. This month we had 2 new recurring gifts plus the two from last month but when I click "automatically generate transactions/payments" the two recurring gifts from last month don't show up.  We made sure the due date was on or after the recurring gift date. We have a case with BB but they haven't' gotten back to us, wonder if anyone else had similar issues?

Hi, just a thought on this, was the EFT? checkbox checked on the recurring gift record? It is located right next to Payment Method. Are all of these credit card transactions or direct debit or a mix of both?

Is is possible you have a pending transaction from last month that had an exception?  Until you clear that pending transaction, no new transactions will auto load.
