Reporting on meetings with multiple gift officers attending

Hi all,

Hoping to gain insight to other shops practices in RE 7 in reporting on donor meetings where more than one gift officer attends. Specifically, what is the opinion as to whether all MGOs at the meeting should get full and/or equal credit for the meeting? Interested to know if anyone has tried to assign differential weighting to credit received by MGOs in such situations, or if this is even possible. Interested, too, to know of the efficacy/pitfalls of the Action Solicitor field to report on meeting targets.
