Why does RE have a new look and personal settings gone?

Much of the background colors and highlights appear almost washed out...kind of like it's in a Beta testing mode. We're hosted by Blackbaud and this is affecting all of my users. I don't recall any announcement about an upcoming change.

Did you recently migrate over to the Azure hosting?  That would explain that.

I don't know what Azure hosting is. I'm primary contact and haven't received any notification from BB about a migration.
