Tributes program refresh - please help us with some tips!

Hi Community!


Hoping some of you are willing to share how you run your honor/tribute programs.  We have some challenges we'd like to overcome, and would love to hear more from our peers about how they handle tributes. Please feel free to answer any of the below, or add your own thoughts!


General:

• What is your tribute program like overall? (Do you intentionally solicit tributes?  Do you offer tribute options across all your donation forms? Do have special tribute recognition programs?)

eCards:

•  Do you use the non-donation eCard campaigns, or add eCards to your donation forms, or both?  
•  If you add eCards to donation forms, are you able to download the eCard text/details to RE/BBCRM/etc.?

Sync:

•  If you use BBCRM, do all the tribute details come down automatically through your sync? What sync tool do you use?

Acknowledgements:

• Offline vs. Online (Do you acknowledge offline gifts completely separately from online gifts?  If so, do you send your acknowledgees unified reports of all donations - whether online or offline - for their tributee?)
•  Handling multiple acknowledgees (When different donors ask for different acknowledgees for the same tribute, do you send all notifications to the multiple acknowledgees going forward?)
•  Multiple gifts being acknowledged at the same time (Do you generate an acknowledgement for every single gift, or do you have a way to acknowledge them in a group?)
•  How often do you generate acknowledgements?
•  What is your offline acknowledgement like? Full page?  Images?  Letter format?
•  If you have BBCRM, do you use any special acknowledgement options for tributes?
