Appeals and Giving History

In the database view I have organized my screen so that the giving history is above appeal. I have them both organized by date.


I noticed that my giving history has the most recents gifts but the appeal tab does not. Can someone help explain this to me?

I'm not sure. I have only one guess. Under Configuration, there's a Business Rules section. There's a section called Constituent Options and a sub-section called General Options. There's an area for "if a constituent gives to an appeal not listed on their Appeal tab..." Here you can choose to have the appeal added to there tab. You can also choose to not have the appeal added.


I wonder if your settings were changed at some point. Maybe talk to someone who has been with your organization for a while.
