I am trying to upload two new premade donor acknowledgement letters in Raiser's Edge and I am having trouble. I followed the instructions on how to make the condition but when I try to create the letter it isn't the correct letter. I need help on how to upload a new letter. Also, I have one that I can't delete because it is attached to some gifts so how would I get the correct letter uploaded. I tried to go to mail merge wizard and edit it there but it doesn't work for me.

In order to enter new letters, you need to first go to Config, Letters, and add the New Letter name.  Then make sure you add the name of that letter to your Letter Filter field in your mail merge template before attempting to upload the letter through the Word Merge Wizard.  Hope this helps.
