Inactive emails in NetCommunity

We seem to be having an issue with inactive emails in NetCommunity. We've sent out two email blasts to our constituents, but both show that all emails came back inactive. I've opened two tickets with support (the first one was 6 days ago, and they still haven't figured it out). I'm very concerned about this as we are trying to communicate about COVID-19. Any thoughts?

    We just had the same issue. I got hard bounces for emails that were inactive in our system and should not have even been sent the email.
