Does anyone have a work around for entering payment data from Blackbaud Merchant Services with Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT? Currently, I am manually entering every charge, including credit card fees, and it seems counter-intuitive that the two systems cannot communicate.

Hello, We are using Double the Donation integrated with our BBNC donation forms. I've been asked for a way to get employer information to be included with the gift that we receive. I'm wondering how others glean employment information without bogging down the donation process.
