Social Media Aggregation Tool which integrates with BBNC

Like many of you, we at Norwich University are trying to expand our virtual reach by savvily connecting with our alums via social media. I've been tasked with possibly integrating a hashtag campaign with our NetCommunity site.

• Has anyone had success using a social media aggregator tool part on their site?
  • If so, what was the product used?
  • Is it so integrated you could use the source code from that tool in unformatted part as the content on the page?
• And "relatedly", has anyone used the https://sharethis.com/ feature on their site...
  • is it possible to use that product "in reverse"... accept social media rather than share the content of a BBNC site page??
