When to add a Constituent Policy/Procedure

I work for a Hospital Charity Organization and I am looking to create a policy that lays out when a constituent should be added into Raiser's Edge.


Does anyone have a Policy similar to this they'd be willing to share?

Hi Kylee Hamilton‍ - This is our policy: "New constituents should only be added to the database if they are a current donor or if they are considered a prospect. The following areas can be used to categorize prospective donors: tribute constituents (honor and memorial), volunteering at Victory Junction, attending an event (Run to Victory, Campership Classic, third party event, etc.), or requesting to receive communications from camp."
