How can you automatically set Raisers Edge to populate the County field in the address when entering a constituent's zip code?

I personally have not heard that this is an option. For our area it would not be possible to determine county by zip as many zips cover area in 2 or more counties. County could only be determined by exact address.

If you use AddressAccelerator, then it will populate the county field for you as addresses are entered, or in batch mode for all existing addresses.
